B、Streetlight Elevation Angle
1. The elevation Angle of the lamps should be determined by the street width and the light distribution curve, and each elevation angle of the lamps should be consistent.
2.If the lamp can be adjusted, the center line of the light source should fall in the L/3-1/2 range of width.
3.The long arm lamp (or arm lamp) lamp body in the installation, the lamp head side should be higher than the pole side up 100 mm.
4. special lamps should be based on the light distribution curve to determine the elevation of lamps.
C、Light Body
The lamps and lanterns should be firm and upright, not loose, skewed, the lampshade should be complete and not broken, if the reflective lampshade has problems should be replaced in time.If the cast iron lamp holder has a crack, it can not be used; The lamp body hoop should be suitable for the pole, and the device should not be too long. The transparent cover and reflective lampshade should be cleaned and wiped clean during installation; The buckle ring of the transparent cover should be complete and easy to use to prevent it falling.
D、 Electrical Wire
Electrical wire shall be insulated leather wire, copper core shall not be less than 1.37mm, aluminum core shall not be less than 1.76mm. When the electrical wire is connected with the overhead wire, it should be overlapped on both sides of the pole symmetrically. The overlapped place is 400-600mm from the center of the rod, and the two sides should be consistent. If it is more than 4 meters, support should be added in the middle to fix it.
E、Flight Insurance and Branch Insurance
Street lamps shall be installed for fuse protection and mounted on fire wires. For the street light with ballasts and capacitors, the fuse must be mounted on the outside of the ballast and electric fuse. For mercury lamps up to 250 watts, incandescent lamps with 5 ampere fuse.250 watt sodium lamps can use 7.5 ampere fuse,400 watt sodium lamps can use 10 ampere fuse. Incandescent chandeliers shall be fitted with two insurances, including 10 amperes at the pole and 5 amperes at the cap.
F、Streetlight Spacing
The distance between street lamps is generally determined by the nature of the road, the power of the street lamps, the height of the street lamps, and other factors. In general, the distance between street lamps on urban roads is between 25 ~50 meters. When there are power poles or trolley bus overhead poles, the distance is between 40 ~50 meters. If it is the landscape lights, garden lights, and other small street lamps, in the case of the light source is not very bright, the spacing can be slightly shortened, can be about 20 meters apart, but the specific situation should be based on customer needs or according to the design needs to decide the size of the spacing. Besides, the installation of street lamps, as far as possible the power supply pole and lighting pole rod, to save investment, if the use of underground cable power supply, the spacing should be small, conducive to the uniformity of illumination, spacing is usually 30 ~ 40m.
